The Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem presents the 62nd Fall Parade of Homes this October, and ICON is honored to have its Lake Norman property featured.
ABOUT THE PARADE OF HOMES
This annual event highlights custom and spec homes, to inspire both home buyers as well as homeowners considering a remodel. This fall marks the 62nd year this event has been held in Winston-Salem. The tour provides the public a preview of new construction and remodeling projects.
Every October, home builders from Forsyth, Stokes, and surrounding counties showcase their unique projects and display the latest design trends and high-quality craftsmanship. The Parade features new homes, remodeled homes, and new communities.
This year’s Parade includes 32 new homes across a wide array of price points for interested buyers, 7 homes coming soon, 10 occupied homes, and 4 communities.

ATTEND THE PARADE
The homes are available to tour in-person – October 12th, 13th, 19th, and 20th between 1 – 5 pm. It’s free to the public, and no registration or ticket is required. This event is a great way to meet local builders in a low-key, stress-free atmosphere. Here you can evaluate if a builder you’d like to work with can accommodate your plans in a particular neighborhood.
If you’re unable to attend in person, you can take a virtual tour from the comfort of your own home.
GET THE 2024 MAGAZINE
The 2024 Fall Parade of Homes Magazine is a free resource guide for your parade experience. Plan your tour to visit your favorite homes and builders. The magazine includes information about the unique features of each home, the builders, and the trade partners whose work is showcased in the homes.
