We understand that a new home is a significant investment, time commitment, and a big decision that involves many more decisions. Therefore, we’ve developed a smooth process to provide you with a positive homebuilding experience. We will start with an initial consultation and if ICON is a good fit for your project, we will move forward with a Planning Agreement.
The design phase is where we explore your vision, budget and timeline. We engage with an architect or draftsman, and develop a plan that works within your budget. We work closely with you to select premium materials, fixtures and finishes. Then our team of design-build experts gets to work bringing the carefully-crafted plan to life! Throughout the process, we maintain open communication, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
We are a full-service design-build company, so we can be involved in all aspects of the new construction project – including demolition, building, grading, landscaping, planning, making selections, etc. We oversee every detail to ensure cohesiveness and reduce any potential stress.

How long does new home construction take?
While every project is different and depends on a variety of factors, new home construction typically requires a minimum of 10-16 months. A customized timeline will be outlined in your Planning Agreement.
What are the cost considerations for new home construction?
We would expect your new home to range between $800k and $3 million to fit our model. As every project is unique, your project manager will prepare a Planning Agreement that clearly outlines the scope, timeline, and anticipated investment.
