We will start with an initial consultation and if ICON is a good fit for your project, we will move forward with a Planning Agreement.
The design phase is where we explore your vision, budget and timeline. We work closely with you to select premium materials, fixtures and finishes, while ensuring the new structure feels cohesive with your existing home. Then our team of design-build experts gets to work bringing the carefully crafted plan to life! Throughout the process, we maintain open communication, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Typically there is a 3-month lead time to design and plan, followed by 3-6 months of construction. The timeline, scope, and other details will be outlined in our Planning Agreement, which we will sign off on before beginning the project.
What are the cost considerations for a home addition?
The investment typically starts at $150k and varies based on the specific details and scope of the project. We will review the expected cost breakdown in our Planning Agreement.
