The design phase is where we explore your vision, budget and timeline. We work closely with you to select premium materials, fixtures and finishes. Then our team of design-build experts gets to work bringing the plan to life!

Typically we are able to schedule bathroom renovation projects sooner than other spaces, which contributes to a shorter lead time. You can expect construction to last about 10-12 weeks following the brief planning phase.
What are the cost considerations for a Winston-Salem bathroom remodel?
The investment for a primary bathroom renovation typically starts at $65k and varies based on the project scope, which will be outlined in our Planning Agreement. For smaller-scale bathroom projects (guest bathrooms, powder rooms, cosmetic touch-ups), we recommend remodeling an additional space in tandem with the bathroom renovation in order to meet our $50k project minimum.
