We have developed a smooth process to provide homeowners with a positive experience during a pool installation project. We will start with an initial consultation and if ICON is a good fit, we will move forward with a Planning Agreement.

There are many possibilities with a project like this – the scope may include a pool, pool house, guest house, and surrounding patio.
How long does a pool installation take?
Typically there is a 12-16 week planning phase before construction begins. We will ideally start construction in February in order to have the project finished by the end of summer.
What are the cost considerations for a pool installation?
The investment starts at $150k and varies based on the scope of the project, which will be outlined in our Planning Agreement.
