We worked within the existing layout to achieve this primary bathroom renovation. We also kept the existing cabinetry since it was functional for the homeowner. A few key updates gave this bathroom space the refresh it needed! 

We removed the existing corner tub, and added a freestanding tub – a priority for the homeowner. This update is more functional, and gives the bathroom space a spa-like feel. In order to minimize grout lines, we incorporated a large format tile in beautiful matte marble. The heated floor feature is both comfortable and energy efficient.

We replaced the lighting and plumbing fixtures and added new quartz countertops to refresh the space. Quartz is not only durable, but is fairly easy to clean, which achieves the homeowner’s desire for easy day-to-day maintenance. 

This bath project illustrates that it is possible to remodel a bathroom without knocking down any walls, or completely gutting the space. Changes to the countertops, flooring, and fixtures make the space feel fresh and functional. These updates allow homeowners to enjoy their home more.
