Project Details
This Lake Norman custom home embraces lakeside living at its finest! Completed by the end of 2024, this 5 bed, 4.5 bath home was built to comfortably house family, friends, and pets. On a double wide lot, all 4,620 sq. ft. of this home were carefully planned and crafted. Â
We built this new custom home using low maintenance products such as vinyl siding, Trex decking boards, prefinished hardwood on the main level, and waterproof laminate flooring in the walkout basement space. We also installed another unique feature – an elevator for the homeowners’ parents who have mobility issues.Â
The design includes many large open concept spaces for loved ones to gather – such as the kitchen and living room, as well as the outdoor dining and lounging space. Lastly, the covered porch features electric ceiling heat and retractable screens so it can be enjoyed year-round.Â
This custom home embodies what living on the lake should be – beautiful, functional, and with a great view.
