Creating outdoor living and entertaining spaces is always exciting, but it’s a bonus when a pool is involved! This homeowner reached out to our team with the goal to elevate their backyard experience.

The biggest challenge? Installing a pool in a level backyard with water drainage issues. Our team of experts was able to make it happen! Our solution? Pouring in place concrete retaining walls that surround two sides of the pool, in order to direct water runoff away from the pool. In addition, the pool is heated and features in-ground lights, allowing it to be enjoyed during chilly months and in the evenings. 

Once these technical plans were implemented, we could move on to the surrounding areas. The pool deck provides a great space for gathering – with dedicated spaces for dining or lounging poolside. The modern look and feel of the furniture, deck tile, and design match the home’s exterior features, making it feel cohesive. 

This new and improved backyard is ready for swimming, relaxing, dining and entertaining. This outdoor oasis is sure to be the envy of the neighborhood!
