This family desired an outdoor entertaining space with a pool, and ICON’s team was excited to dive in. Our design-build team added a pool and patio, allowing the family to have a vacation right in their own backyard.
The pool area features a splash pad that’s perfect for young children, while the bluestone patio feels elevated for adults. Other spaces include an outdoor shower, covered outdoor living space, bathhouse, storage room and two-car garage.
With ample space to gather and entertain, it’s the perfect place for neighbors, family and friends to gather and soak up the sun together! This project exemplifies that the right renovation can provide lots of enjoyment for many years to come.
