First we will have an initial consultation to discuss project details and learn about your goals and expectations. If ICON is a good fit for your project, we will move forward with a Planning Agreement.

Next we enter the design phase – this is where we explore your vision, budget and timeline. We work together to select premium materials, fixtures, and finishes. Then our in-house interior designers get to work!

Throughout the renovation process, we maintain open communication, providing updates and addressing any issues that may arise.
