Project Details
These repeat clients reached out to us when they were ready to turn their bare-bones basement into an elevated space for the entire family to enjoy. They were prepared with a clear list of needs for the space, and were excited to jump into the design phase with our design coordinator.
The focal point of the basement is the floor-to-ceiling custom built-ins in a moody Iron Ore paint, with champagne bronze hardware and custom walnut shelving. In order to clearly designate “zones” within the basement, the homeowners worked closely with our master craftsman Don Guilbault to design and build the custom sofa bar, office area, and barn door.
In addition to these custom pieces, LVP (luxury vinyl plank) was added to create a durable and beautiful new floor. From the media center to the office space to the game area – there is a space for every family member to enjoy!
