For this project, we transformed an existing deck in poor condition into a beautiful new screened porch. The original deck was old, warped, and not usable in rain or cold temperatures. In order for the space to be enjoyed year-round, our team removed much of the old deck structure and framed a new large deck expansion for the screened porch.

Motorized screens allow flexibility – they can be open or closed based on climate or personal preference. We had the original wrought iron railing cleaned and refinished, while a local fabricator created additional railing to match the original. Attention to details like this are our priority. Keeping in line with the original home while elevating its function is always our goal.
