This remodeling project focused on the kitchen and its surrounding areas (dining and living rooms) to create a new and improved main floor. 

To allow more natural light to flow through the home, we created two openings from the dining room into the kitchen (and even removed an existing wall in the kitchen). We reconfigured the floor plan and outfitted the kitchen with modern appliances. Brass hardware and light fixtures warm up the space, while natural light streams in through the sitting area – the perfect spot to sip a cup of coffee or glass of wine. 

Additionally, our team increased the size of the foyer and created a beautiful archway into the dining area. This creates a “wow” moment when walking in the front door. Entertaining here will be a breeze thanks to beautiful blue wall-to-wall built-ins. In the living room, we resurfaced the fireplace with custom trim to house the picture TV and hide all electrical wiring. 

In addition to these indoor spaces, we installed new garage doors, created a new screened-in porch, and improved the home’s curb appeal with updated siding, shutters, and a new front door. These remodeled spaces addressed our client’s wish list while combining beauty and function throughout the design.
