Project Details
This multi-room renovation features a kitchen, primary bathroom, sunroom, and outdoor deck. Our clients’ ultimate goal was to open up the space to create more room for gathering with friends and family.
Our new floor plan involved reorienting the island so the kitchen functioned better, and integrated well with the adjacent living spaces. The addition of a small bar and coffee station helped connect these two zones. We also converted the former screened-in porch into a conditioned space that became a beautiful sunroom. This sunroom flows into the new deck that boasts a grilling station – perfect for entertaining.
Together with the modernized primary bathroom, these updates create a central gathering area on the main floor – a priority for this family who calls this their “forever home.”
