This large covered patio is an ideal space to comfortably enjoy the outdoors year-round. The transformation includes a sitting area, as well as a dining area and outdoor kitchen.

The sitting area is an ideal spot to cozy up by the fire or watch a football game. It includes a swing daybed that can be used for reading and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen features a viking vent hood to keep the grill area covered and well-ventilated, as well as accent LED lighting to create a wow factor. The dining area boasts a large round table and 8 chairs, and the area connects the living and grilling spaces.

This covered patio can be enjoyed whatever the weather and whatever the season. It is incredibly versatile – ideal for game days, game nights, intimate family gatherings and large parties. From the natural wood burning fireplace, ceiling heaters, outdoor speakers, and lighting selections – our design-build team customized every last detail to make it a dream living and entertaining space.
