Reynolds Square

After 20+ years of living in their custom-built home on Reynolds Square, these homeowners decided it was time for a primary bathroom refresh. We were thrilled that they chose ICON for the project!

The original flow and layout of the space worked well for our clients, so we kept the existing cabinetry footprint. However, we added features to make organization and function a priority – storage towers to clear products from the counter, a pullout laundry hamper, and built-in outlets and storage for hair dryers and hot tools. 

We removed a large jetted tub and enclosed shower and instead filled that space with a stunning marble walk-in shower. We placed transom windows along the exterior wall to increase the flow of natural light in the main space and water closet. Elegant design details like the marble inlay “rug”, grasscloth wallpaper, and polished nickel hardware elevate the look and feel of the space. 

This remodeled primary bathroom combines modern amenities with a traditional feel that ties in perfectly with the rest of the home, and ultimately elevates the homeowners’ daily routines.
