Project Details
For this kitchen renovation, we kept the existing layout while making cosmetic updates. Like many of our remodeling projects, our goal was to maximize both beauty and function. Several key updates helped us achieve the homeowner’s vision.
We refinished and painted the kitchen island and cabinets, and we added new hardware to elevate the space. To increase storage, we extended the cabinets to the ceiling with a new crown, and even omitted the existing desk area to allow space for a pantry. This extra cabinet space allows the countertops to be clutter-free and streamlines meal prep.Â
The earthy, neutral tones provide the perfect canvas for cooking, eating, and entertaining. Underneath the wall of windows with natural light streaming in, there is a wet bar with a built-in wine cooler. This feature combined with the large kitchen island is every host’s dream.Â
This kitchen was designed in collaboration with Jenn Fussell Interiors. We are thrilled with the results of this transformation, and hope the homeowner enjoys this updated kitchen, dining area, and entertaining space for many years to come!

Our family recently had the pleasure of working with ICON Custom Builders on a renovation of our kitchen, and we cannot speak highly enough of their competence, expertise, and we love the finished product. We were so impressed we recently worked with them again on a separate renovation of our basement which we are equally thrilled about.
