In this bathroom renovation, we transformed two bath spaces within the client’s home. First, the primary bathroom received a refresh. While the existing layout remained the same, we brightened up the space and made careful design selections to achieve the client’s vision.

The existing dark cherry wood cabinets were professionally sanded and painted a crisp white, making the space feel fresh and bright. The large jacuzzi tub was replaced by a soaking tub, making the space feel larger. Additionally, we put in a zero-entry shower, installed classic mosaic marble floor tile, and selected unlacquered brass hardware that will patina over time. The calming and elegant color palette ties together every detail in this primary bathroom remodel.

Meanwhile in the powder room, the existing all black space became a colorful and bright oasis. The blue tropical wallpaper adds a touch of fun, while the classic sink, light trim, and marble flooring ground the space. ICON’s master craftsman Don built the custom shelves, and our ICON Interiors team styled them so beautifully. These elevated features, along with a gorgeous chandelier, make the powder room feel elegant, sophisticated, and full of charm. 

This renovation project achieved a refreshing primary bath space for the homeowner to begin and end her days in comfort, and also created a colorful powder room for her guests to enjoy when they visit. The end result yields two unique transformations, each with custom and beautiful details.
